Supporting Documents Check

Please find below the pre-check service guidelines;

  • There is no need to send original documents to our office or to bring them to the office in person. It is sufficient for us to see the documents sent by email to understand whether they are correct or not.
  • To complete check we will require a scan of the applicant’s identity page(s) of the passport along with all the supporting documentation for the visa.
  • EVF will only check documentation submitted at the time. We will be unable to advise of any missing documentation, please ensure that all documents requested in the checklist are submitted for pre-checking.
  • The pre-checking service is non-refundable and charges will apply at the time of checking.
  • Additional fees may apply if a second check of your documents is needed after amendments have been made to the original documents that were submitted.

Form Fill Service

Express Visa Facilitation expert staff will assist you remotely in the form fill and online submission while you are at your home or office. One of our team members will arrange an audio or video conferencing call with you and guide you the complete process including booking an appointment for you on the most convenient date and time in any visa application center you intend to submit application and travel insurance, if needed. You will be then required to visit the Application Centre in person as they will need to take your fingerprints and digital photograph.

Premium Service

Premium Service offers our highest level of facilitation and convenience throughout the visa application preparation and online submission process. Our expert staff will be visiting your office or home at the convenient date and time including on the weekends and assist you in the form fill and thorough check of all supporting documents line by line including your circumstances and will ensure that you are ready to submit your application at Visa Application Center. *Certain restrictions may apply.

Document Scanning Service

Our staff will organize and scan your supporting documents for you, so please ensure that you provide us the following documents;

  • A printed copy of your appointment confirmation email.
  • A valid passport or travel document and residence permit (both original and copy) in A4 format (if applicable).
  • The first page of your Visa Application Form.
  • You can submit photocopies of documents for scanning/upload, but they must be clear, legible, preferably in color and A4 size.

Online Appointment Scheduling

If your appointment is not scheduled at the time of form fill and then our staff will do multiple attempts later at different date and times to fix the first available online appointment for you and it will be booked with your prior consent.

Travel Insurance

If you are travelling to Europe for tourism or business, you require valid travel insurance covering any possible costs for medical repatriation, and emergency and/or hospital treatment. This is mandatory. This insurance must be valid throughout the member states’ territory in the Schengen area, which fully apply the provisions of the Schengen accord and for the duration of your stay. It must allow you to access services in the Schengen area. This insurance must also provide coverage of €30,000 minimum including medical repatriation, and emergency and/or hospital treatment.

 Our staff will book travel insurance from one of the approved companies.

If you have applied for visa and received a refusal notice, you may be feeling disappointed and unsure of what to do next. We completely understand that it’s not only about the processing fee, but all travel plans will need to be canceled due to visa refusal.

Express Visa Facilitation will help to determine the possible reason of refusal after case evaluation and provide the best way to justify all concerns raised by respective Embassy or High Commission to strengthen your case.

This service is not a guarantee but it’s an honest attempt with our knowledge and experience in the industry.

There are three different ways of getting a Visa after refusal;

Visa Refusal

Administrative Review

We can help you to apply for an administrative review in such cases where your documents were correct, were the application was filled accurately, you met the visa requirements, but the Embassy erroneously refused the application.

New Application

We can help you to apply for a new visa where you forgot to attach the necessary documents, provided conflicting information or filled in the form incorrectly.

Appeal

We can help you to appeal the Embassy’s decision where you believe the refusal violates your rights and the decision was unlawful.

The choice depends on your situation, and we need to study this first. Please, provide us with your refusal letter, and we will advise what to do next. We are successful in obtaining visas even after several refusals!
